Addison Group, a nationwide organization, seeks a Loss Control Claims Coordinator in Irving, TX. The role focuses on automobile liability claims and coordinating with internal locations, carriers, adjusters, brokers, and other stakeholders to ensure accurate, efficient claim handling.

The candidate should have at least 2 years in insurance or liability claims, with direct auto claims experience, strong organization, communication, and the ability to manage multiple priorities independently.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; college education preferred.
• At least 2 years of experience in insurance or liability claims.
• Direct experience with automobile insurance claims is required.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; SharePoint and Teams preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication, detail-oriented and organized.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate claims from initial reporting through processing and resolution.
• Manage automobile liability claims and assist with other claim types as needed.
• Serve as main liaison between locations, carriers, adjusters, brokers, and others.
• Track carrier-managed claims and coordinate internal processing.
• Collect and organize incident reports, photos, statements, and legal docs.
• Review files for completeness, coverage, and accuracy.
• Monitor activity and ensure regulatory and procedural compliance.
• Collaborate with risk leadership on complex claims and disputes.
• Maintain consistent stakeholder communication to prevent delays.
• Document departmental workflows and claims procedures.
• Build positive working relationships with internal teams and external partners.
