Job summary

GoAuto Insurance is hiring for a claims adjuster role in Irving, TX. You will participate in training that leads to a Property & Casualty license, enabling you to independently handle claims. Base pay starts at $20.00 per hour with a growth path and comprehensive benefits.

Ideal candidates have 2 years of relevant experience and a Bachelor's degree is preferred. You will work in a fast-paced environment with ongoing coaching and support from leaders to develop your skills.

Qualifications

• 2 years of relevant work experience.
• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Strong communication and computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Determine coverage and liability.
• Interview customers, claimants, and witnesses.
• Partner with appraisers/estimators to manage vehicle repairs.
• Negotiate with customers and other insurers to resolve claims.
• Document activities in claim files with clarity and precision.
