Qualifications

Minimum 2 years of security, casino security, or law enforcement experience.
At least 6 months with Jackpot Junction Casino Hotel Security as Assistant Security Shift Supervisor or 1 year of supervisory security experience.
EMT/First Responder, CPR and First Aid certification, or certification within 6 months of hire.
Must possess a valid driver's license; if out-of-state, Minnesota license within 30 days.

Responsibilities

Lead and supervise floor security guards during each shift.
Maintain and complete daily shift and incident reports with all pertinent details.
Coordinate with local, state, and federal law enforcement as required.
Organize and monitor emergency services for accidents, fires, or threats.
Perform regular floor patrols of the casino complex.
Ensure deposits are secured and supervise breaks of guards to maintain operations.
Maintain communication with surveillance and management.
