Job summary

Sky River Casino is seeking a Security Shift Supervisor to lead loss prevention, asset protection and guest safety across the casino floor and simulcast area. You will supervise investigations, train staff, and ensure compliance with gaming regulations while enforcing performance standards.

This role requires a strong leader who can manage shift operations and coordinate with law enforcement as needed. Candidates should have an associate degree or equivalent experience, 3 years in security, and

Qualifications

• Associates degree or equivalent work experience is required.
• Minimum 3 years of security-related work experience.
• At least 1 year in a supervisory role and strong leadership skills.
• Ability to pass a fit-for-duty medical exam and drug test including THC.
• Valid California driver’s license and ability to operate company vehicles.

Responsibilities

• Oversee loss prevention and safety for the casino floor and simulcast area.
• Supervise investigations conducted by direct reports and ensure timely resolution.
• Manage shift operations of the Security Department and enforce standards.
• Train, develop, schedule, and direct Security staff; enforce performance expectations.
• Discipline team members and administer corrective actions as needed.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state and company rules and regulations.
• Identify risks and protect company assets, guests and team members.
• Detain individuals for probable cause and coordinate with law enforcement as required.
• Assign personnel to duties and conduct escorts/arrests of non-compliant guests.
• Perform other duties as assigned by Security leadership.
