Job summary

Caesars Entertainment in New Orleans, LA is seeking a on-site Supervisor – Beverage and Slots – to oversee daily casino floor operations on a specific shift, ensuring courteous, prompt service and compliance with gaming rules.

You will train slot attendants and beverage servers, supervise staff, manage floor assignments, and coordinate with Security and support departments to maintain smooth operations and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; strong supervisory and leadership skills.
• Must project professionalism and possess excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Previous knowledge of casino rules, regulations and procedures pertinent to Slot operations is required.
• Slot or Beverage experience preferred but previous supervisory experience is acceptable.

Responsibilities

• Directly train Slot Attendants and Beverage Servers on duties and policies.
• Supervise floor activities and ensure prompt, courteous service.
• Coordinate with Security to detect irregularities and prevent incidents.
• Oversee jackpots and ensure accurate execution of transactions.
• Complete daily personnel assignments based on business volume.
• Monitor compliance with gaming rules and currency reporting guidelines.
