Qualifications

• Be at least 18 years old with a high school diploma or GED and 1–2 years cashiering experience with leadership training.

Responsibilities

• Supervise a team of cashiers and assist with store operations.
• Proactively visit registers to ensure excellent customer service and provide direction to Cashiers and Courtesy Clerks.
• Assist with customer issues at the register and monitor cash register supplies.
• Maintain cleanliness in restrooms and parking areas and ensure security at exit doors.
• Schedule and oversee meal and rest breaks in compliance with policy and state requirements.
• Assist in hiring and training new Cashiers and handle disciplinary actions as needed.
