Sprouts Farmers Market is seeking a Head Cashier to lead a fast-paced front-end team, ensuring outstanding customer service and accurate cash handling. You will supervise cashiers and assist with store operations while modeling professional conduct and reliability.

Qualifications

• Must be 18+ years old with HS diploma or GED and 1–2 years cashiering experience with leadership training.
• Flexible schedule including nights, weekends and holidays.
• Strong customer service orientation and professional behavior.
• Ability to lead and train cashiers and clerks.

Responsibilities

• Supervise a team of cashiers and assist with store operations.
• Provide direction and support to Cashiers and Courtesy Clerks on registers.
• Assign store sweeps and monitor cash register supply levels.
• Maintain cleanliness in restrooms and parking areas.
• Schedule and oversee breaks per policy and state requirements.
• Assist in hiring and training new Cashiers and disciplinary actions.
