Coach, a global luxury retailer, is seeking a Lead Cashier in Savannah, GA to deliver exceptional service at the cashwrap and uphold Coach Service standards. This role acts as a brand ambassador, supporting the Insider Program and maintaining operational accuracy.

Responsibilities include processing transactions, handling returns, mentoring fellow cashiers, and ensuring a welcoming, efficient store environment in a fast-paced setting.

Qualificações

• 1+ years in cashier or retail roles; luxury retail experience preferred.
• Familiarity with POS systems, mobile technology, and basic computer skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong English language proficiency.

Responsabilidades

• Deliver exceptional customer service at checkout; greet customers warmly and create a lasting impression.
• Act as an ambassador for the Insider Program; promote add-on sales and gift cards.
• Maintain accuracy in cash handling, media management, and compliance with all policies.
• Process returns, repairs, and damaged goods per company standards; complete end-of-shift audits with management.
• Keep cashwrap organized and clean; monitor equipment and report issues promptly.
• Assist in training and mentoring cashiers to uphold service and operational excellence.
