The role includes promoting the Insider Program and ensuring accurate cash handling while supporting team development. Requirements include 1+ year cashier/retail experience, familiarity with POS systems and mobile technology, and strong English proficiency.

Qualifications

• 1+ years in cashier or retail roles; luxury retail experience preferred.
• Familiarity with POS systems, mobile technology, and basic computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer service at checkout; greet customers warmly and create a lasting impression.
• Act as an ambassador for the Insider Program; promote add-on sales and gift cards.
• Maintain accuracy in cash handling, media management, and compliance with all policies.
• Process returns, repairs, and damaged goods per company standards; complete end-of-shift audits with management.
• Assist in training and mentoring cashiers to uphold service and operational excellence.
