Coach is a global fashion house renowned for luxury retail excellence, seeking a Cashier to deliver outstanding service at the cashwrap and act as a brand ambassador. The role emphasizes accurate cash handling, smooth transactions, and supporting the team with a focus on elite customer experiences.

The Cashier will promote the Insider Program, assist with returns and repairs, and help maintain store standards while working a flexible schedule, including peak periods and holidays.

Qualifications

• 1+ years in cashier or retail roles; luxury retail experience preferred.
• A combination of education and experience will be considered.
• Familiarity with POS systems, mobile technology, and basic computer skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong English language proficiency (for EU).

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer service at checkout; greet customers warmly and create a lasting impression.
• Act as an ambassador for the Insider Program; promote add-on sales and gift cards.
• Maintain accuracy in cash handling, media management, and compliance with all policies.
• Process returns, repairs, and damaged goods per company standards; complete end-of-shift audits with management.
• Keep cashwrap organized and clean; monitor equipment and report issues promptly.
• Assist in training and mentoring cashiers to uphold service and operational excellence.
