Qualifications

• High school diploma preferred and basic cashiering knowledge.
• Minimum 2 years of relevant cashiering experience or equivalent.
• Strong customer service and sales skills.

Responsibilities

• Handle guest transactions, returns, and exchanges at the cashwrap.
• Train new cashiers and cross-train associates in cashiering.
• Lead open/close register functions and uphold store standards.
• Promote Ulta Beauty loyalty programs to guests to drive growth.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of cashwrap and displays.
