Qualifications

• High school diploma preferred.
• 2+ years retail or cashiering experience preferred.

• Strong guest service and selling skills.
• Experience addressing guests concerns promptly.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to meeting or exceeding store goals related to sales and loyalty.
• Greet and engage guests, personalize service, and recommend products.
• Handle sales, refunds, and exchanges with courtesy.
• Coordinate makeup applications and product demonstrations to drive sales.
• Book appointments for services and in-store events.
• Maintain cashwrap displays and store cleanliness.
• Train new cashiers and assist cross-training.
• Ensure compliance with policies and loss prevention.
