Job summary

Ulta Beauty is seeking a Lead Cashier to manage guest transactions, drive loyalty, and maintain cashwrap standards with a passion for guest experience. This role trains new cashiers and cross-trains associates while leading in-store processes and performance metrics.

The position emphasizes customer service, sales support, and adherence to policies, with a focus on delivering an exceptional guest experience across all categories.

Qualifications

• High school diploma is preferred.
• 2 years of relevant work experience or equivalent combination of education and relevant work experience preferred.
• Proven ability to delegate, multi-task, and problem-solve.
• Demonstrated knowledge and passion for guest service and a competency for selling.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to meeting or exceeding the store’s goals related to retail and service sales, omni-channel, guest loyalty (including credit).
• Ensure each guest receives exceptional service by greeting, engaging, and personalizing service.
• Handle sales, refunds, and exchanges with courtesy.
• Book appointments and support services to deliver an unrivaled guest experience and sales goals.
• Maintain cashwrap displays, supplies, and impulse fixtures for guest-readiness.
