Qualifications

• 2 years of relevant work experience or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Demonstrated knowledge and passion for guest service and selling.
• Experience addressing guest concerns and questions promptly and professionally to deliver exceptional customer service.
• Demonstrated experience in exceeding sales goals and training new hires.

Responsibilities

• Ensure efficient guest transactions and maintain cashwrap standards.
• Lead cashier training and cross-training of associates.
• Drive loyalty results through guest experience and loyalty programs.
• Manage cashwrap displays, inventory, and impulse fixtures.
• Support leadership with register openings/closes and associate check-ins.
