The position requires at least 2 years of related experience, strong customer service skills, and the ability to mentor new cashiers while maintaining store standards and compliance.

Responsibilities

• Lead cashier responsible for efficient guest transactions and cashwrap standards.
• Drive loyalty results through guest experience, credit and loyalty programs.
• Open/close registers and perform cashier chats/inspections as needed.
• Pair guests with staff for makeup applications, skincare analysis, and product demos.
• Ensure replenishment and organization of cashwrap displays and impulse fixtures.
