Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Meet or exceed store goals for retail and service sales, loyalty, and shrink.
• Ensure exceptional guest service at the cashwrap and throughout the store.
• Handle sales, refunds, and exchanges with professionalism.
• Coordinate makeup applications, skincare analysis, and product demonstrations to drive sales.
• Book appointments and support in-store events to enhance guest experience.
• Maintain cashwrap displays and ensure guest-readiness at all times.
• Maintain regular attendance and reliability.
