Ulta Beauty in Minnesota is seeking a Lead Cashier to drive loyalty, guest service, and sales at the cashwrap. You will support training, manage open/close tasks, and ensure clean, organized cash areas while engaging guests with product recommendations.

The role emphasizes performance, people development, and process compliance, delivering an exceptional guest experience through loyalty benefits and seamless transactions.

Qualifications

• High school diploma is preferred.
• 2 years of relevant work experience or equivalent combination of education and relevant work experience.
• Demonstrated knowledge and passion for guest service and a competency for selling.
• Experience addressing guests concerns and questions promptly and professionally to deliver exceptional customer service.
• Demonstrated experience in exceeding sales goals and training new hires.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to meeting or exceeding the store’s goals related to retail and service sales, omni-channel, guest loyalty and shrink.
• Ensure each guest receives exceptional service and a guest-friendly environment.
• Courteously handle sales, refunds, and exchanges.
• Pair guests with an associate for makeup applications, skincare analysis, and product demonstrations.
• Book appointments for and support services and in-store events to drive sales.
• Maintain replenishment and organization of cashwrap displays and fixtures.
• Maintain prompt, regular attendance.
