Qualifications

• Ability to address guest concerns promptly and professionally to deliver service excellence.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to achieving store goals for retail and service sales and loyalty.
• Provide exceptional guest service and personalize assistance at the cashwrap.
• Handle sales, refunds, and exchanges efficiently and accurately.
• Support training of new cashiers and cross-train associates in cashiering.
