Qualifikationen

• High school diploma preferred.
• 2 years of relevant work experience or equivalent combination of education and relevant work experience preferred
• Proven ability to delegate, multi-task, and problem-solve
• Demonstrated knowledge and passion for guest service and a competency for selling
• Experience addressing guests concerns and questions promptly and professionally to deliver exceptional customer service
• Demonstrated experience in exceeding sales goals and training new hires

Aufgaben

• Contribute to meeting store goals related to retail and service sales.
• Provide exceptional guest service by greeting and engaging each guest, personalizing service, and recommending Ulta Beauty products/services.
• Courteously handle sales, refunds, and exchanges.
• Pair guests with an associate for makeup applications, skincare analysis, and product demonstrations to drive sales and guest service.
• Book appointments for and support services and in-store events delivering an unrivaled guest experience while meeting sales goals.
• Maintain replenishment, organization, and maintenance of cashwrap displays and impulse fixtures.
• Maintain prompt, regular attendance.
