Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience in exceeding sales goals and training new hires.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to meeting or exceeding store goals related to retail and service sales, omni-channel, guest loyalty (including credit), and loss prevention.
• Ensure each guest receives exceptional service by greeting, engaging, and personalizing service.
• Handle sales, refunds, and exchanges.
• Pair guests with an associate for makeup applications, skincare analysis, and demonstrations to drive sales.
• Book appointments for services and in-store events to deliver a superior guest experience while meeting sales goals.
• Maintain cashwrap displays, supplies, and impulse fixtures for guest-readiness.
