Ulta Beauty, Inc. is seeking a Lead Cashier to ensure efficient guest transactions and maintain cashwrap standards. The role focuses on delivering an exceptional guest experience, driving loyalty, and supporting leadership with register openness/close and training.

The Lead Cashier will train new cashiers, collaborate with store leadership, and contribute to achieving sales and service objectives while upholding Ulta Beauty policies and standards.

Qualifications

• High school diploma preferred.
• 2 years of relevant work experience or equivalent combination of education and relevant work experience preferred.
• Demonstrated ability to delegate, multi‑task, and problem‑solve.
• Proven aptitude for guest service and selling.
• Experience addressing guests concerns and questions promptly and professionally.

Responsabilités

• Drive retail and service sales, omni‑channel, and guest loyalty goals.
• Greet guests, engage and personalize service, and recommend Ulta Beauty products and services.
• Handle sales, refunds, and exchanges with courtesy.
• Pair guests with associates for makeup applications, skincare analysis, and product demonstrations.
• Book appointments for services and in‑store events to deliver an exceptional guest experience while meeting sales targets.
• Maintain cashwrap displays, supplies, and impulse fixtures for guest readiness.
• Maintain regular attendance and store cleanliness.
