Qualifications

• High school diploma preferred.
• 2 years of relevant work experience or equivalent combination of education and experience preferred.
• Demonstrated knowledge and passion for guest service and a competency for selling.
• Experience addressing guests concerns and questions promptly and professionally to deliver exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities

• Assist in training of new cashiers and cross-training of other associates.
• Lead cashiers to achieve peak productivity and performance.
• Drive loyalty results by promoting the Ulta Beauty loyalty program and credit services.
• Ensure accurate cash handling and proper closing/opening of registers.
• Maintain cleanliness and aesthetics at the cashwrap and store.
