Job summary

Ulta Beauty is seeking a Lead Cashier for our store to drive guest service excellence and loyalty program participation. The LC will assist in training cashiers, manage open/close tasks, and lead by example in daily operations.

Responsibilities include achieving sales goals, delivering personalized makeup applications and demonstrations, and maintaining cashwrap standards with attention to loss prevention and store cleanliness.

Qualifications

• High school diploma preferred.
• 2 years of relevant experience or equivalent.
• Proven ability to delegate, multi-task, and problem-solve.
• Strong guest service and sales competency.
• Experience addressing guest concerns professionally to deliver customer service.
• Experience exceeding sales goals and training new hires.

Responsibilities

• Meet or exceed store sales and loyalty goals.
• Greet and engage guests, personalize service, and recommend products.
• Handle sales, refunds, and exchanges.
• Coordinate makeup applications, skincare analysis, and demonstrations.
• Book appointments for services and in-store events.
• Maintain cashwrap displays and cash handling procedures.
• Maintain prompt, regular attendance.
