Ulta Beauty is seeking a Lead Cashier to support efficient guest transactions, maintain cashwrap standards, and assist in training fellow associates. The role emphasizes loyalty programs, exceptional guest service, and collaboration with the leadership team to achieve sales goals.

The Lead Cashier will oversee register functions, assist with events, and ensure store cleanliness and proper procedures while promoting a positive brand experience for every guest.

Qualifications

• 2 years of relevant work experience or equivalent combination of education and relevant work experience preferred.
• Ability to delegate, multi‑task, and problem‑solve.
• Demonstrated knowledge and passion for guest service and a competency for selling.
• Experience addressing guests concerns and questions promptly and professionally to deliver exceptional customer service.
• Demonstrated experience in exceeding sales goals and training new hires.

Responsibilities

• Drive store performance in retail and service sales, loyalty, and shrink goals.
• Provide exceptional guest service by greeting, engaging, and personalizing service for each guest.
• Handle sales, refunds, and exchanges courteously.
• Pair guests with a specialist for makeup applications, skincare analysis, and product demonstrations to drive sales and experience.
• Book appointments and support services and in-store events to deliver an unrivaled guest experience while meeting sales goals.
• Maintain cashwrap displays, supplies, and impulse fixtures for guest readiness.
• Maintain regular attendance.
