Job summary

Qualifications

• 2 years of relevant work experience or equivalent combination of education and relevant work experience
• Proven ability to delegate, multi-task, and problem-solve
• Demonstrated knowledge and passion for guest service and a competency for selling
• Experience addressing guests concerns and questions promptly and professionally to deliver exceptional customer service
• Demonstrated experience in exceeding sales goals and training new hires

Responsibilities

• Meet or exceed the store’s goals related to retail and service sales, omni-channel, guest loyalty including credit, and shrink
• Provide exceptional guest service with a personalized approach and product recommendations
• Handle sales, refunds, and exchanges
• Pair guests with a specialist for makeup applications and demos to drive sales and experience
• Book appointments and support services and in-store events to enhance guest experience while meeting sales goals
• Replenish, organize, and maintain cashwrap displays and impulse fixtures to ensure guest-readiness
• Maintain prompt, regular attendance
• Adhere to policies, dress code, and standard operating procedures
• Complete select register open/close functions as directed by the manager on duty
• Maintain store cleanliness and protect assets through loss prevention practices
• Participate in ongoing training and collaborate with store team
