Job summary

Ulta Beauty is seeking a Lead Cashier to manage guest transactions with accuracy and uphold cashwrap standards, while delivering an exceptional in-store experience for beauty enthusiasts.

The LC will train new cashiers, support cross-training, and collaborate with management to hit sales, loyalty, and service goals, all while ensuring cleanliness and policy compliance across the store.

Flexibility to work days, evenings, weekends, and holidays is required in a fast-paced retail environment.

Qualifications

• Candidates should demonstrate excellent guest service and selling skills.
• Ability to greet guests, handle transactions, and resolve issues professionally.
• Experience training or mentoring new cashiers is a plus.

Responsibilities
