Qualifications

Experience addressing guests concerns and questions promptly and professionally to deliver exceptional customer service.
Demonstrated experience in exceeding sales goals and training new hires.

Responsibilities

Contribute to meeting or exceeding store goals related to retail and service sales, omni‑channel, loyalty, and shrink.
Ensure each guest receives exceptional service and a guest‑friendly environment.
Handle sales, refunds, and exchanges.
Pair guests with a specialist for makeup, skincare analysis, and product demonstrations to drive sales.
Book appointments for services and in‑store events to deliver a superior guest experience while meeting sales goals.
Maintain cashwrap displays, supplies, and impulse fixtures to ensure guest readiness.
