Qualifications

• 2 years of relevant work experience or equivalent education and experience preferred.
• Ability to delegate, multi-task, and problem-solve.
• Demonstrated knowledge and passion for guest service and a competency for selling.
• Experience addressing guests concerns and questions promptly and professionally to deliver exceptional customer service.
• Demonstrated experience in exceeding sales goals and training new hires.

Responsibilities

• Meet or exceed store goals related to retail and service sales, omni-channel, guest loyalty, and shrink.
• Provide exceptional service by greeting, engaging, and personalizing assistance for guests.
• Pair guests with a beauty advisor for makeup applications, skincare analysis, and product demonstrations to drive sales.
• Book appointments and support in-store services and events to deliver an unrivaled guest experience while hitting sales targets.
• Maintain replenishment, organization, and cleanliness of cashwrap displays and impulse fixtures.
