Qualifications

• High school diploma preferred.
• Minimum 2 years of relevant retail or cashier experience.
• Proven ability to delegate, multitask, and problem-solve.
• Strong guest service mindset with sales focus.
• Experience addressing guest concerns promptly and professionally to deliver exceptional service.
• Proven track record of exceeding sales goals and training new hires.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to meeting or exceeding the store’s goals related to retail and service sales, omni-channel, guest loyalty, and shrink.
• Ensure each guest receives exceptional service in a guest-friendly environment with personalized recommendations.
• Handle sales, refunds, and exchanges with courtesy.
• Pair guests with an associate to perform makeup applications, skincare analysis, and product demonstrations.
• Book appointments for services and in-store events to deliver an unrivaled guest experience.
• Take ownership of replenishment, organization, and maintenance of cashwrap displays and impulse fixtures.
