Responsibilities

• Lead cashier responsibilities including open/close register functions and cash handling.
• Provide exceptional guest service and engage customers to drive loyalty and sales.
• Coordinate with associates to provide makeup applications, skincare analysis, and product demonstrations.
• Train new cashiers and cross-train other team members in cashiering duties.
• Maintain store standards at the cashwrap and throughout the sales floor.
