Job summary

Ulta Beauty in Bend, Oregon is hiring a Lead Cashier (LC) to ensure efficient guest transactions, uphold cashwrap standards, and drive loyalty results. The LC leads by example, assists in training, and coordinates open/close register tasks while maintaining a welcoming, well-organized store environment.

You will engage guests, promote the loyalty program, and collaborate with the team to deliver outstanding service, product knowledge, and sales.

Qualifications

• High school diploma preferred.
• 2 years of relevant work experience or equivalent education.
• Proven ability to delegate, multi-task, and problem-solve.
• Excellent guest service and selling competency.
• Experience addressing guest concerns and exceeding sales goals.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to meeting or exceeding store goals related to retail and service sales.
• Ensure exceptional guest service at cashwrap and throughout the store.
• Train new cashiers and cross-train associates.
• Lead cashier activities including open/close registers.
• Maintain cashwrap displays and store cleanliness.
• Protect assets and minimize loss.
