Qualifications

• 2 years of relevant work experience or equivalent combination of education and relevant work experience preferred
• Proficient with basic technology including POS and Apple devices
• Excellent written and verbal communication; strong collaboration and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team; deliver exceptional customer service

Responsibilities

• Assist guests with transactions, handling sales, returns, and exchanges
• Lead cashier training and cross-train associates in cashiering
• Promote the Ulta Beauty loyalty program and credit-related goals
• Maintain cashwrap displays, supplies, and impulse fixtures for guest readiness
• Support opening/closing register functions and standard operating procedures
• Ensure store cleanliness and adherence to policies and safety standards
