Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma preferred.
• 2 years of relevant work experience or equivalent.
• Proven ability to delegate, multi-task, and problem-solve.
• Demonstrated knowledge and passion for guest service and a competency for selling.
• Experience addressing guests concerns and questions promptly and professionally.

Responsibilities

• Meet or exceed the store’s retail and service sales goals.
• Provide exceptional guest service at the cashwrap and in-store interactions.
• Handle sales, refunds, and exchanges.
• Assist in makeup applications, skincare analysis, and product demonstrations to drive sales.
• Train new cashiers and cross-train associates in cashiering.
