Job summary

Qualifications

• 2 years of relevant work experience or equivalent education and experience preferred.
• Demonstrated ability to delegate, multi-task, and problem-solve.
• Demonstrated knowledge and passion for guest service and a competency for selling.
• Experience addressing guest concerns promptly and professionally to deliver exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities

• Meet or exceed the store’s sales and loyalty goals.
• Greet and engage each guest, personalize service, and recommend Ulta Beauty products/services.
• Handle sales, refunds, and exchanges.
• Assist in makeup applications, skincare analysis, and product demonstrations to drive sales.
• Book appointments for services and in-store events to deliver a premier guest experience.
• Maintain cashwrap displays and impulse fixtures for guest readiness.
• Support leadership with training and cashier processes.
