Ulta Beauty, Inc. is seeking a Lead Cashier to drive efficient guest transactions, support loyalty initiatives, and lead cashier training. The LC will oversee cashwrap operations, ensure excellent guest service, and coordinate with store leadership to meet sales goals.

The role requires strong communication, multitasking ability, and a proactive approach to training and supervision in a fast-paced beauty retail environment. Flexible schedule and adherence to store policies are essential.

Qualifications

• 2 years of relevant work experience or equivalent education.
• Proven ability to delegate, multi-task, and solve problems.
• Passion for guest service and selling.

Responsabilités

• Meet or exceed store goals for sales and loyalty.
• Provide exceptional guest service at the cashwrap and during transactions.
• Handle sales, refunds, and exchanges with accuracy.
• Assist in training new cashiers and cross-training associates.
• Maintain cashwrap displays, supplies, and impulse fixtures for guest readiness.
• Maintain prompt, regular attendance.
