Sprouts Farmers Market is seeking a Head Cashier to lead a fast-paced register team and deliver outstanding customer service. You will supervise cashiers, assist with operational issues, and help hire/train new staff while ensuring safety and efficiency.

The role requires a HS diploma or GED, 1–2 years cashiering experience with leadership training, and the ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays. Physical duties include lifting and stocking support as needed.

Competenze

• 1–2 years of cashiering experience with leadership training.
• HS diploma or GED required.
• Must be 18+ and able to work flexible shifts including nights/weekends/holidays.
• Ability to operate front-end equipment: register, calculator, scanner.

Mansioni

• Supervise a team of cashiers and assist with store operations.
• Ensure excellent customer service by supporting cashiers and clerks at registers.
• Schedule and oversee breaks in compliance with policy and state requirements.
