Job summary

Qualifications

• 18+ with a high school diploma or GED and 1–2 years of cashiering experience with leadership training.
• Flexible schedule including nights, weekends and holidays.
• Outgoing, friendly attitude with strong customer service and teamwork.
• Ability to operate front-end equipment: register, calculator, scanner.
• Strong math and cash-handling skills.

Responsibilities

• Supervise cashiers and assist with store operations.
• Monitor customer service at registers and provide direction.
• Assist with hiring/training of cashiers and disciplinary actions.
• Schedule meal/rest breaks per policy and state laws.
• Ensure security by monitoring exits and maintaining cleanliness.
• Support loss prevention and cash handling accuracy.
