Job summary

Lowe’s is seeking a Customer Service Associate to deliver accurate service and guidance to customers in-store. You will help customers locate products, demonstrate features, and assist with loading and checkout while upholding Lowe’s policies and quality standards.

You’ll also support cash handling, assist with store security, and contribute to a safe, organized shopping environment. Prior retail or cashiering experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; relevant experience may substitute.
• Cashier experience a plus; basic computer and store tech skills required.
• Ability to obtain sales-related licensure or registration as needed by law.

Responsibilities

• Provide SMART customer service by following Lowe's policies.
• Assist customers in locating, demonstrating, and loading merchandise.
• Operate cash register and handle transactions per company guidelines.
• Coach and train associates in department duties and sales opportunities.
• Maintain store cleanliness and safety; monitor for theft and security risks.
