Lowe's in New York area is hiring a Customer Service Associate to assist customers, process sales, and support store operations. You will load merchandise, demonstrate products, and help customers find and compare items, while upholding Lowe's policies and safety standards.

The role requires basic computer use, prior retail cashier experience, and strong communication skills. You will work in a team, handle transactions, and contribute to a positive shopping experience for every guest.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED or equivalent years of experience in lieu of education requirement, if applicable.
• Less than 1 Year Experience using a computer, including inputting, accessing, modifying, or outputting information.
• Less than 1 Year Experience using common retail technology, such as smart phones and tablets.
• 1 Year Retail experience as a cashier.
• Ability to obtain sales related licensure or registration as may be required by law.

Responsabilités

• Provides SMART customer service at all times through Lowe's customer service policies, procedures and programs.
• Seeks out customers to understand needs and assists in locating, demonstrating, selecting, carrying, and/or loading merchandise.
• Listens to and responds to customer and employee questions, guiding them through projects when necessary.
