Responsibilities

• Provide SMART customer service by following Lowe's policies and programs
• Assist customers in locating, demonstrating, selecting, carrying, and loading merchandise
• Respond promptly to customer and employee questions and guide through projects in-store
• Explain stock, special order merchandise, features, warranties, and Lowe's programs to customers
• Coach and train associates in department duties and sales opportunities
