Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED or equivalent years of experience.
• 1 year retail cashier experience.
• Ability to obtain sales licensure or registration as required by law.
• Experience using common retail technology such as smartphones and tablets.

Responsibilities

• Provides SMART customer service through Lowe’s policies and programs.
• Assists customers in locating, demonstrating, selecting, and loading merchandise.
• Processes sales transactions, returns, and refunds at the register with accuracy.
• Maintains cash accuracy and daily reconciliation duties.
• Inspects returned merchandise and participates in loading/loading-ticket processes.
