Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide SMART customer service following Lowe's policies and programs.
• Assist customers in locating, demonstrating, selecting, loading merchandise.
• Answer questions and guide customers through projects in-store.
• Process sales, returns and refunds on a cash register.
• Train and coach associates in departmental duties and sales opportunities.
• Ensure shoplifting prevention and safety procedures are followed.
• Maintain store cleanliness and perform daily reconciliation duties.
