Qualifications

• Demonstrated knowledge and passion for guest service and selling.
• Experience addressing guest concerns promptly and professionally to deliver exceptional customer service.
• Demonstrated experience in exceeding sales goals and training new hires.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to meeting or exceeding store goals related to retail and service sales.
• Greet and engage each guest, personalize service, and recommend Ulta Beauty products.
• Courteously handle sales, refunds, and exchanges.
• Pair guests with a beauty adviser for makeup applications and product demonstrations to drive sales.
• Book appointments for services and support in-store events delivering an unrivaled guest experience.
• Maintain replenishment, organization, and maintenance of cashwrap displays and impulse fixtures.
• Maintain prompt, regular attendance.
