Qualifications

• High school diploma preferred.
• 2 years of relevant work experience or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Proven ability to delegate, multi-task and problem-solve.
• Demonstrated knowledge and passion for guest service and a competency for selling.
• Experience addressing guest concerns to deliver exceptional service.
• Demonstrated experience in exceeding sales goals and training new hires.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to meeting or exceeding store goals related to retail and service sales, loyalty, and shrink.
• Provide exceptional guest service with greeting, engagement, and product/service recommendations.
• Handle sales, refunds, and exchanges.
• Assist in makeup applications, skincare analysis, and product demonstrations to drive sales.
• Book appointments for services and in-store events.
• Maintain cashwrap displays, supplies, and impulse fixtures for guest-readiness.
• Maintain consistent attendance.
