Job summary

Ulta Beauty, Inc. is seeking a Lead Cashier to drive guest transactions with excellence in cashwrap operations. The role includes training new cashiers, cross-training associates, and leading through loyalty initiatives to maximize guest satisfaction and sales performance.

The Lead Cashier supports leadership with register functions, ensures store standards, and maintains cashwrap organization while promoting Ulta Beauty’s loyalty program to guests.

Qualifications

• 2 years of relevant work experience or equivalent education
• Demonstrated knowledge and passion for guest service and ability to sell
• Experience addressing guest concerns and questions promptly and professionally
• Proven track record of exceeding sales goals and training new hires

Responsibilities

• Contribute to meeting/exceeding store goals for retail and service sales.
• Provide exceptional guest service in a guest-friendly environment and personalize service.
• Handle sales, refunds, and exchanges courteously.
• Pair guests with an associate for makeup applications, skincare analysis, and product demos to drive sales.
• Book appointments and support in-store services and events to deliver outstanding guest experiences.
