Job summary

Ulta Beauty is seeking a Lead Cashier at our Ohio store to ensure efficient guest transactions, maintain cashwrap standards, and support training of new cashiers. You will lead a team to deliver exceptional guest service, promote loyalty, and execute store procedures with accuracy and energy.

This role requires at least 2 years of cashiering experience, strong communication, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Flexible schedule including evenings and weekends is expected.

Qualifications

• High school diploma preferred.
• 2 years of cashier experience or equivalent.
• Ability to delegate, multi-task, and problem-solve.
• Demonstrated passion for guest service and selling.
• Experience addressing guests concerns promptly and professionally to deliver service.
• Experience training new cashiers.

Responsibilities

• Lead open/close register functions and ensure accurate transactions.
• Provide exceptional guest service and promote loyalty programs.
• Train and cross-train cashiers and associates.
• Maintain cashwrap displays and overall store cleanliness and organization.
• Meet or exceed sales and service goals.
