Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED or equivalent years of experience in lieu of education requirement.
• 1 Year Retail experience as a cashier
• Ability to obtain sales related licensure or registration as may be required by law
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with common retail technology (smartphones/tablets)

Responsibilities

• Provides SMART customer service at all times through Lowe's customer service policies, procedures and programs.
• Seeks out customers to understand needs and assists in locating, demonstrating, and loading merchandise.
• Processes sales transactions, returns, and refunds according to company guidelines.
• Maintains store cleanliness and safety, including housekeeping standards and zone recovery.
