Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED or equivalent years of experience in lieu of education requirement, if applicable.
• 1 Year Retail experience as a cashier.
• Ability to obtain sales related licensure or registration as may be required by law.
• Less than 1 Year Experience using a computer, including inputting, accessing, modifying, or outputting information.
• Less than 1 Year Experience using common retail technology, such as smart phones and tablets.

Responsibilities

• Provides SMART customer service through Lowe's policies and programs.
• Seeks out customers to understand needs and assists in locating, demonstrating, and loading merchandise.
• Listens and responds promptly to questions, guiding customers through projects.
• Communicates information about stock, special orders, features, and warranties.
• Coaches and trains associates in departmental duties and sales opportunities.
