• Provides SMART customer service at all times and guides customers through Lowe's policies and programs.
• Seeks out customers to understand needs and assists in locating, demonstrating, selecting, carrying, and loading merchandise.
• Responds to customer questions and walks them through projects when needed.
• Communicates stock, special order, and warranty information to customers.
• Coaches and trains cashiers and front-end staff on duties and sales opportunities.
• Operates cash register for sales, returns, and refunds per guidelines.
• Ensures safe and tidy store environment and assists with checkouts as needed.
