Job summary

Qualifications

• Ability to obtain sales related licensure or registration as may be required by law

Responsibilities

• Provides SMART customer service per Lowe’s policies, procedures and programs
• Seeks out customers to understand needs and assists in locating, demonstrating, selecting, carrying, and loading merchandise
• Processes sales transactions, returns, and refunds according to company guidelines
• Maintains store cleanliness and safety and assists in line vesting to optimize checkout coverage
• Detects shoplifting signs and communicates them to management or Asset Protection
